Why aren’t my pregnancy tests getting darker ?

Yesterday (Monday) I took a blood test. And my hCG quant was 6.... the nurse told me she couldn’t confirm I’m pregnant because it’s a low positive. I’m freaking out and I’m scared. I’m thinking of the worst as I had a miscarriage April 2017.. been TTC for 2 years.. I’m going back tomorrow to get my blood drawn again to see if it doubles.. but I’m so scared that it’s so low.. and my test aren’t getting darker.. I’m not bleeding or spotting which is good I think.. please help!!
