Okay Ladies! I have answers!
I know some of you who chart their bbt and are confused on when you ovulate also if u don’t use OPKs while doing so, I found out by my OB-GYN that once you get the spike in temp on your bbt then you ovulated about 24 hours before.
Like this bbt chart is mine, so I ovulated on CD17 according to my OB-GYN😊
