Breastmilk

I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby and I want to breast-feed I don't produce any milk with my other three pregnancies my milk never came in. Most of my friends who have kids all complained about their milk leaking while they were pregnant and especially after the baby was born. I've never experienced any of that is there anything I can do to help produce breast milk??
