So I’m meant to be due on my period tomorrow, I’m getting all negative hgc tests so decided to take a lh test! It looks very faint, Just wondering could I be having a longer cycle than normal and ovulating later or do you have a lh surge just before period?

You always have lh in your system..And around the time your period is due you could have a surge..Opks show pregnancy, but would be a blazing positive and by then a pregnancy test would be able show positive..

I know it’s still negative with a faint line, I just wondered if there was any chance of me having another long cycle like I did last month, as I’ve only ever had clear lh tests, not even any faint lines before. Thank you anyway girls x

This test is negative. If your period is due tomorrow, you’ve already ovulated for the month. A faint line on an LH strip means no LH surge which means no ovulation any time soon.
