Where do you ladies go to have your blood tested before your first ob appointment? I don’t have a pcp and my first appointment isn’t until the 23rd but I’m dying to make sure my levels are doubling since I had a chemical back in December.

I just went to my local clinic. I don't have a PCP either. Mine cost about $40.

I emailed my primary care doctor and asked her to order a test for me. After the first blood test I emailed my normal gynecologist and asked her to order another test to see if my levels were going up. If you already have an appointment with an OB I’d call her office and ask if someone can order a test for you. Just tell them that you’re concerned and you want to do a blood draw.

I didn’t even get a blood test. I was 7 Weeks by the time I confirmed it with a regular doctor (I had morning sickness) and then my OB saw me at 12 Weeks
