Gagging but nothing coming up?!

Hello!

So around 45mins ago I woke up feel sick 🤢 sometime I do wake up feeling sick but force myself back to sleep but this time was different. I had heartburn so I had a rennie and tried going back to sleep but couldn’t and I got the shakes. I opened my window to get fresh air and that didn’t help so I decide to go sit in the bathroom for a while. I gagged a good few times but nothing came up so I started getting mad and upset because I just wanted it over and done with😂( I actually hate being sick it’s one of my fears) so I waited a while but still nothing🙄 I went back to bed and tried watching something on my phone to take my mind off it but the feeling came again so I went back into the bathroom and gagged a few more times. I’m now laid in bed and just wondering what this could be and if I’m actually going to throw up or not. I really just want it over and done with😂 I’m also 26+1
