If your hungry eat, but watch what your eating. I gained a lot my first pregnancy it will suck to get it off after but I think telling you not to eat is horrible advise for a medical professional. Just make sure your making healthy choices, drink lots of water and eat well balanced meals.

It helps me to avoid carbs but I’m addicted as heck to them to the point that I can just brainwash myself into eating them and saying it’s no big deal if I’m not pretty hard on myself. But I’m losing the weight I gained binge eating. : )
