Could it finally be my turn

So it has been a little over 3 months with no period. Me and my SO have been Ttc for half a year now and I've taken several pregnancy test and they all have came back negative. Usually I don't get my hopes up because I eventually get my period but this time it's different .. Is It weird to say I feel like I'm pregnant but I have no symptoms? has that happened to anyone? ... I just really really hope there's a baby in the oven because I'm tired of seeing only 1 line on the tests! I have an appointment with the obgyn tomorrow and I just hope I get good news.
