Going numb during sex

Hey girls I have a question... So me and my man were having sex and all of a sudden everything went black, I felt a dull aching pain in one side of my head, I couldn't think to talk and my body went numb. I couldn't even think to get the words out to tell my man to stop. Of course he noticed and stopped right away. He asked me if I had an orgasm and that's why that happened? I've never had an orgasm before but it was nothing like I have read about. I was super into the sex, turned on, wet everything was good (sorry if tmi), then it just happened where I just couldn't think,talk or move. I didn't feel a rush or release "down there"... Just asking if this has happened to any one? Could it have been an orgasm or should I be worried? I'm going to my PCP in the morning and will definitely mention it to him as I do have brain tumors (side note). Can anyone tell me if this is a "normal" orgasm thing or maybe health problem related..?😕
