Would you announce or not?

So we had a scan yesterday which showed we were 9 weeks 5 days, the heartbeat looked healthy and the lay said everything looked okay. Baby was moving around so much and you could see thief arms moving around and feet tapping, the lady doing the scan couldn't believe how much baby was moving. We've got 3 weeks till our 12 week scan, would you announce now as we have seen baby is healthy or wait till the 12 week? This is our first and are just so excited as we had been trying for nearly 3 years, thank you
