TMI Cm question

Recently Ive started have excess discharge, its white and milky for the most part with no smell. Btw Im pregnant... And read its normal b/c hormonal shit. Anyways, I itch...Like a lot kinda, in my vagina (where you have intercourse) It doesnt burn and again no funky smell. I have my first prenatal appt next Tuesday, what can I do for the discomfort until than? My Ob gave me a list of things for antifungals (Mycelex, Lotrimin & Monistat) but I dont think any of those you can use internally.. HEEEELP pls
