TMI: 37 weeks and diarrhea?

I’m 37 weeks today and since Monday, I’ve had non stop diarrhea. I haven’t eaten anything out of the ordinary, I stay well hydrated, etc. Nothing in my daily life has changed so I’m not sure why I have the runs so bad 😢 Can someone please tell me if they’ve experienced this also or if something is going on???

That happened to me with both my pregnancies soon before I delivered. About 2 weeks before labor. From what I understand it's our body's way of cleansing and preparing for labor (so we don't poop during delivery, which in my case was true. My sil did not experience this, was induced and pooped during delivery)

I had it for a solid week around 36-37 weeks too! No idea what that was about. 😣 I'm 39 weeks now and everything has gone back to semi-normal. It's still quite soft but at least it's not full blown diarrhea any more.

Possible tummy bug? I had it for a week before my daughter was born and was told it was my body clearing everything out to get prepared for labour. However I only had it in the mornings.
