I want to increase my supply. I've let it go because my babygirl wasn't latching but I want to pump again. She will be 6wks tomorrow. Any other suggestions are welcome!

I’m currently drinking this brand and flavor. I will say it is not the best taste at first, but you get used to it. The chocolate mix from this same brand tastes much better mixed with milk!  I’ve noticed it has helped maintain my supply. I’m also taking the capsules. My dr told me that if I smell like maple syrup, I’m taking enough. Lol.

Yes. Helped a little. Tasted nasty. You can also get fenugreek in tablet form.
