1st appointment today with baby number 4

Hello ladies, So today is the day of my first appointment to confirm the pregnancy and all that jazz. I have 2 sons from a previous relationship,which was 8 years long. they are 10 (11 in august) and 8. and I have a daughter who is 14 months old. I had her with someone I was only with for about 2 months, found out I was pregnant cause my nexplanon was expired by a month. We tried to stay together and see if it could work but split up during the pregnancy. He's a great dad and we are still friends and have amazing co-parenting skills. Now, I am with someone who've I've known since middle school and we do have history together. I'm 28 and he's 32. he has a 12 year old with a previous relationship. we just found out I am pregnant. we want to get married, we have a house and are established. but honestly, I'm afraid of what my family or just people in general will think, since I have a daughter who is so young with someone I didn't know for long. Life is crazy, and I am SO happy that I'm expecting with someone who I want to be with forever. but afraid others opinions will ruin that for me (for us). My mom is VERY opinionated and can come across very harsh. it's sad that I don't even want to tell her, but I know it would break her heart if she found out through someone else. Idk.. I'm just nervous when it comes to announcing it. Any advice? insight? It's stressing me out 😔😔
