I see 3 lines which means girl, and I'm having a boy and you can't mistake it. think you should get a second opinion.

Here’s a picture of my baby girl at 20 weeks for reference. I don’t see the lines on your picture that’d you’d normally see on a girl but I also don’t see a numb like you would on a boy. Not too sure..
