bfn then cramps and spotting same day

Today was the day I was supposed to get af,

I took multiple tests and got a bfp on all. Later at work I had cramping went to the bathroom and there was (sorry tmi) blood on the tp first wipe but none on the second wipe. I've since gone home, still cramping but no blood. I miscarried in in June (@6wks) and October (@10wks) '17. I don't really remember how the bleeding started. Should I call this a loss too? There's no point in calling the dr just yet.
