Period Smell

Just starting this year I get this after period smell. It’s not fishy, it’s more like a “fart” smell mixed with iron. Yes I know.. EW. It goes away after a while but it still bothers me so much since the stench goes through my pants. Help PLEASE. I don’t like walking around smelling like this but nothing works.

Idk if this info will help but also just starting this year my period became regular and I haven’t had sex in a month or a lil more
