I'm on my seventh day of inactive pills and experiencing sharp stabbing and sometimes aching pains in both my ovaries... also found a lot of ewcm in my underwear. I took an opk just to be safe and it was negative. I'm worried I'm ovulating for some reason because I had sex last night and a few days ago.
