Calling all fitness and workout women!!

So I work out and lift weights every day and my diet is pretty clean, but could also be way better. I am really looking to get some definition and grow my muscles along with burning some stubborn fat. I’ve done some research and I want to hear some experiences with whey protein concentrate vs isolate. I’ve seen some supplements with half and half isolate so I’m kind of torn. I’m asking for some opinions on what would be a better fit for my goals and experiences you’ve had with the supplements!
