False negative maybe?

I am 16 days late today which I completely missed last months (April) period. Went to the doctor yesterday and they took a urine test and came out negative. Only have had cramps,stabbing pains, and fatigue that’s about It and i felt nauseous a week ago but that it. Is there any way the urine test could of been wrong.? I just don’t have a great feeling about it. Has it happen to anyone else gotten a negative urine test from doctor but still ended up pregnant.?
