Are conspiracy theories insensitive?

Do you think conspiracy theories are insensitive? I personally think a majority are. Anything that revolves around mass murders being “faked” or “set up” are just disgusting thoughts in my opinion. While others thinking there are lizard people are just silly to me. So, what are your thoughts?

I hate the ones about „crisis actors“. Makes me sick to imagine what people affected by those crises must feel like when hearing them.

The lizard people ones and other wacky nonsense just make me concerned for the people that actually buy into them.

Only the theories of the holocaust and the Armenian genocide not existing, other than that, I give most theories the benefit of the doubt upon MY OWN research.

I believe that we live in a time where paranoia is justified. So as farfetched as some are, I get it. Insensitive, they can be. But they’re not intended to be insensitive, they just happen to be.
(I can’t speak for all of them, because I don’t know every single conspiracy theory out there).

The crazy thing about it, is that these conspiracy theorists are viewed as the ones in the wrong, simply because so many are closed minded and believe “that would never happen” or “we would never do that”. You’d be absolutely disgusted at some of the things that go on behind closed doors. The media is controlled by a few corporations, meaning whatever THEY want you to believe, they put on the news & anyone who thinks differently is now viewed as the outsider or the “conspiracy theorist”. Crisis actors are real in my opinion, & people have came forward confirming such practices but deny “having to use them” for school shootings, bombings, etc.. With so many people video recording, it doesn’t make sense when real-time recordings from innocent bystanders don’t match up with the news reports we’re later given. 
Personally, I’m open minded. I’m not one to say yes or no, but I’m certainly not going to disprove a theory because it seems absurd. No amount of argument will eveeeeeeer make me believe that 9/11 wasn’t an inside job. A conspiracy isn’t a conspiracy anymore when literal science disproves a buildings ability to implode at the rate/speed/angles/degrees it did. & for other buildings to collapse around them, how convenient it’s been CONFIRMED these business owners emptied their insurance funds on the place the same week 9/11 happened. 🤔

The one that twists my guts the most is the Sandy Hook shooting. Parents had to bury their 5 and 6 year old babies and these assholes have the audacity to say it didn't happen? absolutely fucking assinine.

They are called false flags. No one is saying they didn't happen. They happen but are staged. Sometimes people actually die, sometimes they don't. David Hogg and his cohorts are crisis actors. The majority of recent mass shootings have been created by nwo and Soros.
