working out (5wks pregnant)
Any other mommies to be out there that are working out/plan on working out through their pregnancy? I didn’t work out at all during my last pregnancy and i gained close to 70lbs! I lost about 35lbs before getting knocked up again so I’m totally taking this pregnancy differently. This week alone i did pure barre and soul cycle( which were workouts i did before this pregnancy) but i think I’m gonna cool it on spin class until the second trimester only because it’s really hot in there and even though i take it easy the competitor in me wants to beat the person next to me (type A personality) lol. But what are some workouts you ladies like? I have a trainer and we do HIIT Training.
