MIL posting videos and pictures of my son w

I’m 16 wks pregnant and I MAY be a tad sensitive rn but my MIL watches my son maybe once a month for very short periods(1-3 hrs) then proceeds to posting pics and videos on FB like she’s the best grandma ever without asking. Personally I’m very selective of who I have on my friends list and so is my SO. She on the other hand will be friends with anyone and has over 2x the amount we have combined. The pics aren’t dirty but I know essentially no one on her list. Wondering other people views. I know she’s proud or whatever and I know I’m a bitch but this really chaps my ass
