Question

how would you feel if you’re Bf noticed something is wrong with you and he begged you to tell him (it’s something very personal & has to do with you and a fam member nothing sexual) but yeah he begged you to tell him then freaked out and said he doesn’t know about a “us” anymore and how he doesn’t even know what to say to and how he just isn’t feeling it. Its nothing sexual at all just personal that nobody knows period. then says why would you keep this from me (obviously because of you’re reaction)

If you are in a relationship with someone but can’t talk about personal issues, problems, etc than why are you in the relationship to begin with? The point and purpose or a relationship are to be able to discuss things (good, bad, and in between) and to relay on one each other at times along with many other things.

without knowing what the secret is , it's hard to advice.  however his reaction isn't good. he clearly isn't mature enough to deal and share your problems. Not sure what to advice. I would feel let down if I were you.

This is hard to follow or advise on, because we don't know the finer details. Based on what you told us, I can't say if he is overreacting or being unreasonable.
Normally I'd be of the view that you tell your man everything, but I just don't know in this case. Its a bit cryptic to say the least. If it had been something 'sexual' as you put it, I could understand your silence in the issue.
I can't work out what he was so disgusted about. Is this a thing that most men would have to think hard about? would any man find it hard to deal with? I don't know what else to say 😐

he’s having a angry reaction to hurt feelings. He was trying to be your friend and support you and love you and when you denied his help it makes him feel like he shouldn’t even try to care about you. 
most of us have experienced this feeling when we reach out to a loved one because we want to be there be supportive of them and when they shoot us down it really hurts your feelings. I stopped caring about my old best friend all together because after reaching out to her to help her she basically told me to stop talking to her. i was shocked and i felt stupid for trying to reach out to her. so i did the opposite and just stopped  being worried about her altogether 
if you need time to be alone you should just explain that to your partner gently
other people also have a point in that you should be able to talk to your partner about almost anything. he probably also feels like you’re hiding something, which is another horrible feeling. he might even think your cheating or something 
things usually work out better when you’re more open and honest with your partners. If you don’t want to be close with someone emotionally then maybe he isn’t the right person for you
