pcos diagnosis today...

newly diagnosed yesterday. I have facial hair more than some, anxiety depression issues that im medicated for, get regular periods, lol chubby but that's more me sitting on the couch. not diabetic, lab work fine just high triglycerides so lay off carbs. yet dr saw polycycsts near my ovaries and saw one large egg near 15cm that he said would ovulate in a day or so. but just said I have pcos because I'm so symptomatic. am i in denial? anyone else experience this? been trying to get preggo 4 months with nothing, but i get regular periods since I was 24. anyone else? help out ladies I feel crushed and beyond overwhelmed, defeated, etc
