Mucus Plug and Baths
I’ve been losing pieces of my mucus plug for about two weeks now. Doc knows and doesn’t seem concerned, and I know it will grow back. Here’s my concern. My lower back, legs, pelvis, groin, and hips all ache like crazy. I think it would feel so lovely to take a warm bath, but I don’t want to risk introducing any infection of course, so should I avoid taking a bath considering that I’m losing pieces of my plug?
