Stabbing pains during period

Hello im 15 years old and got my first period at 13 and just this year i started to have stabbing pains in my vagina what feels like i know people say this is normal BUT I litterally cant do ANYTHING during my period because im scared im gonna scream because of the pain it also happens days before , i dont like to sit around in the bed i would like to keep my schedule busy but everything is worked around my period and i mean EVERYTHING i be feeling like im in prison i need help what medicine helps, i tried ibuprofen DOESNT WORK,IVE TRIED TYLENOL DOESNT WORK I NEED SOMETHING STRONG something to slow it down as well (ps never in my life have i had sex) i barely go to the doctor i have a doctors appointment Tuesday from years ago so ill see eventually but it’s UNBEARABLE!
