Do you have friends with kids around the same age as your little one(s)

I finally took my little one (10 month Old) to the soft play by myself today. 
I have post partum anxiety and I’ve been struggling to take him out on my own. 
I felt so guilty I have no friends who have kids the same age as my boy
My boy is so extremely social he wanted to play with all the other toddlers but they were there in pairs etc and their mums in pairs and he kept trying to walk over to them with my help. He looked sad when they ignored him. I feel like such a bad mum I should of made an effort to find other mums before now for him to have friends. I’m just so awkward when it comes to being social

Kids don’t play together at that age, they play next to each other. They may be interested in going near other people but they would be just as inquisitive exploring a new room or toy. If you think he needs more interaction with other tiny humans put him in a daycare for a few hours a week. Then you don’t have to be social, but he can get the experience. My son is in daycare 3 days a week he’s 16 months, the kids play next to each other but they aren’t playing together at this point. They say hello and goodbye and they know each other but play is still very individual.

Maybe find a mommy and me class, story time at the library, coworkers (or hubby's), other people at church (if you go)? I feel like making the first is probably the hardest,  but after that maybe it's easier. Best of luck mama!

I have several friends that had babies within weeks or months of me having my daughter. 
and while we do see each other every so often, the main action happens with just me and my daughter.
my husband works all day. I own my own business,  so I'm a stay at home mom.
we go somewhere every single day. even if its window shopping. to the park, to the beach. to see my mom. to see my mil. to mommy and me classes. to baby gyms. to monkey Joe's. at the end of the day, at 7 PM, before her dinner and bath, we go take an hour long stroller walk, around our neighborhood. we say hi to neighbors. play with kitties. point out at ducks. wave at cars driving by. etc. 
I am a scorpio and a very introverted person.  my daughter has basically forced me to become who I am now- a smiling, talking,  active, involved person.
I refuse to stay indoors all day. 
she wakes up at 8 am. she gets her sippy with milk. at 9 am she gets breakfast. teeth brushed and we go outside for free play. we do have a big fenced in yard, with a big covered porch and lots of shady trees. her swing and slide is outside so shes often in the back yard, playing. she gets a snack at 11 am. then a bit of educational creative playing( drawing, painting,  pointing at books and flashcards,  learning to open latches etc.)
at 12 PM she does lunch. then takes her 3 hour nap. by 3 30 PM she is up. we do a snack and leave the house. anywhere. doesn't matter. get home around 5. another snack and play. 7 we take our long stroller walk. at  is dinner time and bath. by 8 15 PM shes in bed. 
this is our daily routine.

My son is 1 1/2 and he's had one friend since he was born. She's 7 months older. They don't really play with each other but more next to each other or following each other. It's his only friend. But even at play areas my son plays by himself. He'll go up to other kids but won't sit and play he just observes them

My son is 3. My little sister is 3. My best friends son is 2. My cousin has two children, 3 & 1.5. My aunt has a little girl that is 2. My husbands uncle has a son who is 3. My husbands sister has two children, 2.5 and 7 months. We are a very close family, so we are around each other daily and THERE ARE SO MANY BABIES.

My best friend and I are currently pregnant at the same time. My best friend's daughter is due in July and my son is due in October.
But like another comment stated, children don't really play together at that age but instead play next to each other.
