CD 15 VERY WET CM HELP

Good Morning

today is the day of ovulation for me! However I don’t have the EW CM it’s just really wet! When I check! I wear panty liners EVERYDAY! So the CM on the liner kinda soaks threw. And leaves a hint of yellow color. As of now my liner has no CM at all! As stated before it’s just wet like water when I check! My cycle is due in 15days I’m also having PMS symptoms I’ll say it started two days after my cycle ended! Occasional tingle in my breast, headaches, bloated, cramping on the left, along with lower back pain! Which was a day late lasted about 4days

Any advice
