Cause of lower abdominal pain that won’t go away ? (Not period)

Hi all

Wondering if anyone can help me

I have had lower stomach pains that won’t go away for about the last 3 days.

It’s not period pain because I am taking continuous pill (no periods)

The pain is persistent even with meds

I wouldn’t say it burns when I pee but it takes a while to start up and not much comes out if u know what I mean (sorry for tmi)

Could it be a uti ? I had sex about a week ago

I have been tested for STIs recently so doubt it is that

Any help would be really appreciated

Of course I will go doc later but really trying to avoid because I’ve gone to the doc about 5 times this year for different issues 😞😞😞
