Why did he ghost me?

Me and this guy were talking for Imma say a month. We DM me on Twitter which lead to me giving him my number. We texted everyday since. He would FaceTime me. He even stayed up late to talk to me on after I left a party. I was really starting to fall for him. One day I even went to visit him it was an hour drive. We had sex. Amazing sex. He was so fine !!! I was really liking him. Then 2 days ago he just stopped talking to me. It was the day I was supposed to go see him again. I asked what time he wanted me to come but he never responded. Then I messaged him on twitter asking why he ghosted me still no responses but he saw my instagram story and plus I see where he liked other girls pictures on Twitter. I’m actually really hurt by this. I’m kinda embarrassed that I cried over the facets he ghosted especially since he wasn’t my boyfriend. I’m just so confused. He would talk about how he wanted to see me. But now look. I feel hurt and used. I really give up on guys. They never stay interested in me..... so I deleted his number and unfollowed him on twitter and Instagram. To move on. I just wish I knew why he ghosted me......
