MAMA'S HELP ME OUT

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with a 10 month old. I didn't have time to lose my baby weight from my first pregnancy. (Before I got pregnant I was 160, and I'm currently 230) Between 2 kids and a full time job whenever I go back, I don't really have much time to work out. What are some tips to lose the baby weight? I'm gonna try to schedule time to get at least 30 minutes of excersize in so any tips or work outs you have will work for me!!! thanks yall! (when I say I don't have time to work out I mean going to the gym for a few hours but things I can do at home will work!!) I already plan to cut out soda and go on nothing but water, but water only does so much....
