Round ligament pain.

hi all - I’m 16 weeks and a few days pregnant and I’ve had this sharp pain in my right did almost parallel to my hip bone but more towards the centre of my body. It’s been there for a few hours now, the intensity comes and goes, but it’s been constant. It sort of feels like a pulled muscle. Is this round ligament pain?

I’ve had pain before but it usually last 1-2 minutes and then goes away and is usually after I cough or sneeze.
