So for the past two months or more I’ve had a slight ache on my left side abdominal area, diarrhea, constipation, and flat stool not real thin just flat.

I have no blood in my stool that’s noticeable anyways, no significant weight loss, or unusual fatigue.

But recently had a dr appt for these issues they took an X-ray that came back normal and blood work that showed slightly elevated inflammatory markers ( i was also on my period at this time not sure of that can throw it off ) but I was wanting to know if anyone else has experienced these symptoms. Besides colon cancer what are some other factors that could cause this?
