Empty sack?

Question

Based on LMP I should be 8 weeks. I measured at 6 weeks yesterday but the sac was empty. I went in because I started to spot but then stopped within a few hours. My dr said I would miscarry in the next few days. Is there a chance they just can’t see the baby?

my LMC put me at 7wks and when I went in the sac was also empty, I was told the same, went in 2 wks later and they're was a small fetal pole. 2 wks later and theres a baby with a heartbeat. I ovulated later than expected so according to LMP IM 10 wks but at OB was measuring 7wks. so when I first went in I was 4wks that's why they couldn't see anything at all. stay positive! Drs can be wrong sometimes.

I would get another ulyradound in 7 days to confirm.

I don't want to disappoint you but in my experience the same thing happened to me. I was in denial and had multiple dr appts/scans/blood test. 6 weeks went by and still nothing. I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum and had to have a D&C.;
