Unusual period?

I am 28 and have had my period since I was 11 and can honestly say my period has never been like this...

On Sunday this app told me I would start my period and I noticed some pink spotting. The next day nothing. Tuesday it was very very heavy with some clotting. Wednesday was the same, very heavy and some clotting.

This morning it was a very very light flow just when I used a tampon. I had a pad on for 5 or 6 hours and there was nothing on it.

Now there is nothing.

I’ve never had a day of spotting, then 2 very heavy days, and one day of spotting/nothing.

My periods are almost always 5-6 days of pretty consistent medium/heavy flow everyday.

Definitely not pregnant. Stress maybe?

Anyone else have this sometimes? Does this seem normal for someone whose been having regular periods for 17 years?
