Hey all! I’m finishing up one week with the keto diet. I felt inclined to do some research on possible “side effects” during the first week/two weeks because I’ve felt kinda lousy for some of the days- headache, fatigue but not sleeping through the night, constantly needing to pee!! Haha Anyone else doing keto and experienced stuff like this so early on?

Uodate* I feel SO much better. Dropped 6 lbs after the first week even though it’s water weight, I am feeling good! I use the keto urine strips from time to time and I’m in the “”small” ketone range. Trying to stay under 20-30g of carbs is HARD, all from veggies. Would love to hear people’s expertise on this one haha. Also not getting my period, wondering if it’s related to Ketosis (def not pregnant lol)
