Help a girl out 😕

I’m 5-7dpo (I think) I got positive OPKS for 6 days, a strong lh surge so I don’t really know when I ovulated. Has anyone else on here had hot flashes, BAD neck pain, and backaches around this time and got your BFP? If I take Tylenol the neck pain stops for a few hours but continues to hurt afterwards. Please don’t be negative!
