First round of letrozole any tips?

Doctor suggested letrozole days 3-7 but I just got my rx and I’m cd 5. He said it would be fine to take it 5-9. I tried one round of clomid 50mg and it didn’t do anything. I am praying this works for us. Any one else have tips or success stories to share?

My first round of Letrozole I got pregnant, but had an early miscarriage, like the day after my bfp. Then second round of it did the trick. I am now 8 weeks preggo with one baby. Heart rate of baby is strong! I was taking 10mg cycle days 3-5.

First round of letrozole 2.5mg worked! We are 4 weeks pregnant! So excited and so scared at the same time! This is are rainbow baby!

I’m on day 3 of letrozole, my first time. Used clomid in the past, had pretty awful side effects. Luckily haven’t had any with the letrozole.
