Personally, I think it’s not a trust  or insecurity issue but more of a respect issue. If he is clearly with you, the waitress should know better than to touch him. That’s just rude. Also, for some people, being touched when it is not invited is a violation of personal space. People need to respect boundaries.

No. Lol!! Life’s too short to get worked up over silly things. I honestly don’t care if a woman flirts with my guy. He is completely oblivious for one. And if it were super obvious that even he noticed he’d just get embarrassed and start laughing. I don’t see any harm in it.
