Cry it out Method

Any one let their LO cry it out in order to sleep? I have such a hard time putting him down allllll day & also nights. During the day he JUST likes to sleep in my arms, as soon as I put him down he is awake. So he basically just takes cat naps all day. It's a hit or miss with the bouncer. Nights we have a routine down but he still struggles to stay asleep, especially if he hasn't slept well all day. I don't know what else to try. We have a vacuum sound in the background and it doesn't always help.

HELP ME! My arms are going to fall off. Yes, i've tried a carrier and wrap but again as soon as I take him out eyes wide open 👀
