Has anyone ever experienced having a period with just cramps no actual bleeding?? I’m extremely worried!! I have endometriosis but my period is always on time& heavy.. I’m currently 4 days late.

I have been stressed due to trying to finish this semester of school but my period usually comes regardless!! Two nights ago I woke up with a very intense cramp in my lower abdomen. My boyfriend keeps saying that he thinks I’m pregnant but I don’t want him to get his hopes up if it’s just a hormonal issue causing a delay in my period.
