My husband and I met on our first weekend of university. We got married after a year and a half, then we had a baby one year after. We both graduated with 3.8 GPAs and we r still happily married. Being married made it much easier to be in school if I am being honest.

You’re just engaged. Why would that be too soon? If you love each other and want to marry eventually, of course it isn’t. And you have lots time to save up and plan a wedding after you guys graduate & get settled in. There’s no deadline between engagement to a wedding lol.

Honestly just do what makes you happy. No one can tell you the best time for you to marry the love of your life. But really I can’t even think of a bad time to commit your life to your forever person. Everyone’s story is different.

I said graduate first, mostly because planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful and I wouldn't want to go through both that and university at the same time. If your relationship is solid, there shouldn't have to be a rush, and there's nothing wrong with a slightly long engagement.
That being said, just my opinion. If you can juggle both and want to right now, then go for it! I wish you all the happiness life can bring you.
