Risks of having sex if the guy has a condom on and doesn’t cum?

So I wanna have sex with my guy but I’m a minor and not on birth control. So I’m just wondering if it would be safe at all to do in the way mentioned above or if there would be too many risks? No hate please. I realize some people are very against teenagers having sex etc. Only constructive feedback is necessary. Thanks

Your risk of pregnancy is low if he doesn’t cum and he’s wearing a condom. You should educate yourself on conception and intercourse before you do the deed.

STDs can still be passed, but you can lower the risk with proper use of condoms. Have either of you had sex before? If not, you guys might want to practice putting on a condom together. You should also know how to put one on properly. Don’t rely on the male to know how to use them or to always have one. You should also have your own supply. 
Have you considered birth control as well? Condoms do break and you’d need access to plan b if you’re not on any type of birth control. Honestly even if you are on birth control, make sure you still have access/money to plan b in case a condom ever breaks. 
If you’re new to sex, learn your own body first! Masturbation is a great thing and nothing to be embarrassed by. 
Also even though you’re young, lube is good. Proper lubrication will help with sex and making it more comfortable. 
Do your research and don’t rush into it. If you’re ready, you’re ready but make sure you just do your own research beforehand. 
And even with every precaution, just know that STDs and pregnancy can still happen.

if you have to ask this, you don't need to be having sex. you can get pregnant, regardless of if he cums or not. there's precum. use condoms, get on birth control, learn about sex/pregnancy, or don't have sex....
