Ready move out

I’m in my 3rd quarter of college, getting ready to finish and move to dorms in the fall to finish school. I’m SUPER excited (home life is toxic), but I hate the fact I’ll be moving away from my boyfriend. Sure it’s only 45 minuets, and he’s moving to where I’m going soon, but I don’t know when... I just hate the thought of not being in the same town as him, and I’ve been putting it off because I don’t want to leave without him... it’s been our plan for 3 years.
