April was my first month with clomid, and finally had a solid smiley face on my opk!! So today I am 7DPO, no symptoms other than crazy sore nipples and boobs. But lastnight all I dreamed about was positive pregnancy test, ultrasound that showed twins, etc....praying so hard that this is our month, it’s been a little over 2 years of ttc
