Creatine? Is taking it good or bad?

I was thinking to keep up the gym during pregnancy. Even with simple exercises, I felt a lot of pain. You can train your arms, back and butt. However, during pregnancy you muscles are getting into “relax-mode” for labor prep. This is what my midwife explained to me. So I gave up with training, still walking daily. Remaining my daily activities (with some breaks), and counting down to birth. Can’t wait to hit the gym though!!! Really waiting for it, I am having a hard time without my workout sessions. Instead of releasing energy during burn trainings, I building now a lot of hormones which I can let go! But I remember myself; it’s always going to be better and definitely looking forward to the day that I can train again AND hold my baby afterwards 😍

Well you should always talk to your dr. first. But it’s mainly just to help you build muscle when working out. It can also cause you to hold water which already happens during pregnancy so you have to make sure you drink a lot of water to keep from getting swollen and stuff. If you wanna maintain muscle mass just make sure you eat a good amount of protein and light exercises. Most of my protein shakes don’t have it but a few do. I lifted weights before I got pregnant and decided to not do it during the pregnancy so I know I’m going to be loosing muscle mass. But it’s normal?

It’s actually been linked to possibly favorable outcomes in pregnancy, so I believe it’s safe. I’m a heavy lifter and have continued to be throughout pregnancy, but I’m not taking it just because I don’t generally take many supplements anyway. But doesn’t seem like it is unsafe.

I probably wouldn’t take it during pregnancy, but I don’t know much about pregnancy use. For sure take it after 😂. I used to be one of those guys.
