Usual acne before af but stopped once preg?

I usually have acne as a pms symptom. Happens every single cycle it’s normal for me i even have a cream from my doctor for hormonal acne but this cycle it hasn’t happened yet??? Af expected tomorrow so did anyone with usual acne stop having it before bfp and was that a sign for you?
