Need eyes

So I am 12 days post trigger shot and 10 days post IUI. I tested out trigger shot and it looked like at 10dpt it was gone and today I tested again and I think it see something. Not trying to get my hopes up as I’ve been trying over 2 1/2 years but want to borrow your eyes to see if I’m seeing it getting darker (no filters or alterations have been done to pictures. Just different lighting.)

And below is a comparison of today vs the 8dpiui one (its dried out now) top is today, bottom is the 8dpiui one.
