I gave my 1 y.o twins a smash cake for their birthday. You don't have to cut sugar totally out, it just needs to be in moderations. I would just not too much and not to often. You can also make your own, I do banana, strawberrys and yogurt smoothies for my LOs

Yeah I don’t see why not. I know some parents don’t give their children juice at any age cause of the sugar. But if you don’t mind, it’s ok.

They do have a load of sugar, but it's fruit sugar is why so if you want to give it then there's no problem
